The BMC filters are designed and produced by Italian Engineers to be used in race conditions to give you the highest performance possible with an air filter installed.
Designed and produced to ensure a higher air flow than the original paper filters.

Note: These filters are suggested for race use only, especially in classes like AMA Dragbike SuperSport and AMA Superstock which require that a direct replacement filter be in place.
Race filters flow as much as 15% more air than stock, and ABSOLUTELY requires re-mapping of the fuel injection system (which means the need for BMC race filter compatible maps. Brock’s Performance RACE maps for all models, which are included with the purchase of any Brock’s Performance full exhaust system, are a perfect match for the BMC race filter). Other exhaust system owners will need a custom map session for maximum performance and drivability.

It is no secret that the ZX-12R doesn't exactly have the cleanest shifting /most trouble free transmission available in today's late model Big Power Sport bikes!----- Brock's Performance has now used our years of shift shaft technology to confront this problem. Manufactured from our proven shift shaft billet bar stock-heat treated and center-less ground to perfection. These shafts will flex if there is a missed shift then return to straight after the problem! This flex helps eliminate the shift fork and gear groove galling created by a bent or tweaked stock shift shaft. Additionally, we grind the shaft to external dimensions and low surface friction specifications catered toward reducing "sticktion" and potential for bind when side-loaded. This is the ultimate exhaust choice for the new '08 ZX-14. A completely new 4-2-1 design from start to finish that outperforms everything else available. Overall ground clearance has been increased when compared to the standard ZX-14 exhaust models. The completely under engine design meets current AMA Supersport rules as well. An integrated sensor bung allows the installation of aftermarket oxygen sensors.When dyno tested with race fuel, the '08 ZX-14 results came in well over 200hp (STD corrected) with a Muzzy mapped Power Commander. This high quality adjustable trigger for ZX-14 allows the engine builder or tuner to advance or retard the ignition advance curve to the needs of his particular application. Particularly useful for drag racing or nitrous applications.
|
This oil sump converts your ZX-14 engine to a dry sump design, utilizing the existing oil pump as a pressure pump only. A two stage scavenge pump is mounted to the stock water pump drive pad and oil is now pumped from the engine and stored in an external tank (not supplied) rather than in the oil pan itself. This requires the use of an electric water pump on a liquid cooled engine. The advantage of this system is primarily oil control to the pump pickup as well as increased vacuum in the engine and reduced oil “windage”.Four output ports offer complete flexibility. The two center ports are ideal for drag race straight line applications and the left and right ports are used for circle track applications. Since the stock pressure pump now receives its supply of oil directly from the tank it is not subject to un-porting due to low levels or “g” loads. This ensures an uninterrupted flow of oil to the engine and virtually eliminates the possibility of bearing failure due to oil starvation.
Depending on the size of the tank used, oil capacity is increased as well. The oil is less subject to aeration and the additional capacity lowers oil temperature.

No more worrying about modifying your stock sidestand when raising or lowering you bike. The Muzzy adustable sidestand is machined from 6061 billet aluminum and is fully adjustable. With no preset adjustment points, optimum positioning is easily achieved by rotating the footpad in or out. It's then securely locked it in place by tightening the set screw on the back. We know of no other sidestand solution that offers this level of strength and adjustability.
Installation is a snap using the stock hardware and springs. The stock safety switch remains intact and working as well.

Using a Sidewinder or a close fitting aftermarket header?? Pain in the butt to pull your filter off and inspect it, or just change it? This part helps fix all of that headache. This is a 2 piece design, you thread the base on and tighten it snug, so the bolts are parallel to the ground(No more than 1/4 turn). Then attach the main body, and you're done.. reinstall your header for the last time this season. The filter goes on to the side.. easy and clean. Uses the filter wrench that comes with Scotts Billet oil filters.

This billet piece is a must have in racing applications where the stock oil pan has been replaced by a dry sump or short height pan. This adaptor mounts in place of the stock oil cooler and accepts a stock oil filter. Mounting is a snap. Two O-Rings are included.
Two versions are available, the "low offset" adaptor that increases top clearance, and the "left offset" that moves the oil filter to the left.
